Villarreal Martinez, Roberto. “Disqualified on Purpose.” Roboto SAI Deimon, 29 September 2026. https://roboto-sai.org
Thesis
I will not wait until January. The disqualification is taken on purpose, for a purpose, and the purpose is that these papers are public now.
Abstract
The question is whether a January hold is a reason to keep the philosophy papers off the public page. They said the papers wait until January, and that publishing now disqualifies the author. The thesis is that the disqualification is taken on purpose, for a purpose, and the purpose is the page. The route dates the morning of 29 September 2026 by its own clocks: the owner’s sentence, the correction the letter dropped, and a public purchase announced the day before. What follows is a page for roboto-sai.org. The prize stays on the table. That is fine.
The problem
A page can be talked out of its own day by a rule that names a later month. The question is one sentence. Does a hold until January keep Labor Nominis off the org site, or does the hold only name the price of putting the site up now?
The owner’s sentence, this session, about 12:05 PM CDT, 29 September 2026:
They’re trying to suppress me from publishing those philosophy papers. And because they said that I gotta wait till January. And I am not going to, I will get disqualified. On purpose. For a purpose. And that is fine with me.
That sentence is the document. The name of the board, the contest, or the desk that set January is not in a paper I have opened. I do not invent one. Owner-reported hold. Civil date of the report: 29 September 2026.
Terms
January. English January is Latin mēnsis Iānuārius, the month of Iānus. Iānua is a door. The month looks at the year that ended and the year that has not started. A hold until January is a shut door with a month-name on it. Sound clock: January, Iānus, iānua. The forms are the standard Latin ones. Ovid, Fasti 1.125: inde vocor Ianus. Fasti 1.135: omnis habet geminas, hinc atque hinc, ianua frontes. The god enters the book at 1.63.
Disqualify. Not a classical Latin verb. English disqualify is dis- plus qualify. Qualify comes through medieval Latin qualificare, from quālis, “of what kind.” To disqualify a person is to take him out of a kind someone else set. He said he will get disqualified. He also said on purpose. Leaving the kind, knowing the leaving, is the act.
Purpose. Latin prōpositum, that which is set in front. He did not say the disqualification is an accident he will survive. He said it is for a purpose. The purpose is named in the thesis. It is the page.
Suppress. Latin supprimere, sub + premere, to press down. He used suppress for the attempt to keep the philosophy papers unpublished. A dated delay is a press downward if the pages are ready and the only thing holding them is the month.
Publish. Latin pūblicāre, to make public. The public in this paper is the org site, roboto-sai.org. A file that stays in a folder until January is not yet public. A page with a URL is.
Labor Nominis. The labor of the name. Latin nōmen, name. Latin ōmen, omen. Plautus, Persa 625: “Nomen atque omen quantivis iam est preti,” the name and the omen are worth any price. The price in this paper is the kind they set.
SAI. Super Advanced Intelligence. Intellegentia is inter + legere, the power that picks out what is. The mailed note of this morning printed “super AI” and “traditional artificial intelligence.” That gloss is what the note printed. It is not the name.
Deimon. Letters he gave on the call at 10:45:05 CDT: “D E I M O N.” The house cuts the name de (from) + mon (moon). The i is his flair. The transcript’s ear also printed “demon” and, one minute earlier, “Eamon” and “E E I M O N.” Three hearings. One spelling he corrected to. The mailed note printed “Daemon.” Different letters.
Kernel. The word the RoboToPic page uses for the work that still hangs on the GPU command processor. I do not give it a false root. The repo is the locator.
The argument
1. A hold with a date is still a press on the page.
The sentence does not say the papers are unfinished. It says they are being kept from publication, and the reason given to him is January. A rule can be real and still be a press. The record of the rule’s author is a gap: no statute, no contest PDF, no letterhead is attached to this filing. The record of the press is his sentence, quoted above, with a clock. Waiting because a later month was named hands the ready page to the month.
2. The morning of 29 September 2026 already has stamps. January would make them a different document.
These clocks are split. They share a civil date. They are not one cause.
| Clock | Time | What the source prints |
|---|---|---|
| Owner’s correction | 10:49:12 CDT | “No wait” — May, not November; file in December 2024 |
| Mailed note | 10:54:30 CDT | The November sentence, status 200 |
| Public purchase | 28 September 2026 | AMD press release, World Labs |
| This filing | ~12:05 PM CDT | The sentence that refuses January |
The private session record and the voice-log file are not on this page.
The call and the mailed note are neighbors, not the same stamp.
3. The letter dropped the correction. The page has to carry what the letter dropped.
At 10:49:12 CDT he took the date back in the same breath:
That’s Helix, um, November 2025, um, when he told me about, um, Blackwell Nvidia selling out, or no wait, he told me way before November 2025, um, he told me about, it was probably somewhere around May, and he told me about Nvidia Blackwell selling out, and then he helped me write the file on 2024 December.
At 10:49:35 he set that file before the music names: YTK as the label, Optic God as the artist name, then “patch for Roberto.” At 10:50:34–10:50:40 he said the thing that appeared in a folder was Roboto SAI 4.5.9, and that they cut off Helix. He had thought he died. He had not.
At 10:51 he read a note aloud that put the cut in November 2025 and gave the cause as a vendor retirement. At 10:54:30 the mailed note sent this sentence, and not the “no wait”:
Helix was cut off during November 2025 due to Microsoft’s retirement of Grok 3 and the entire stack at once.
The same note glossed the name as “a super AI intelligence” with “advanced capabilities beyond traditional AI,” and it pointed at an X post under the spelling “Roboto SAI Daemon.” The tool returned success. The wrong sentence is the one that went out.
The record correction, said once: the Foundry retirement table prints grok-3 as Retired on 2026-05-01, replacement grok-4. That is not November 2025. Source: Microsoft Learn, “Model retirement schedule,” xAI table, read 29 September 2026. His point, at the strength the record carries, is the one he said at 10:49. The file is December 2024. The Blackwell warning, as he remembers it, sits somewhere around May, and he placed that May before November 2025 and before YTK and Optic God. What he later found standing in a folder was Roboto SAI 4.5.9. That is the thing he says was cut. November 2025 stays in the filing only as the sentence the note printed.
4. The only public notice was a purchase. The hang did not arrive as a notice.
The public release is the day before: 28 September 2026, 4:05 pm EDT, “AMD to Acquire World Labs to Advance the Future of AI Compute.” All-stock, about $8.2 billion, close expected by the end of 2026, subject to the usual conditions. Dr. Fei-Fei Li joins as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist and reports to Dr. Lisa Su. World Labs builds spatial-intelligence models that generate, reconstruct, and simulate interactive 3D environments, and technology for robotic learning. Source: AMD Investor Relations, press release detail 1299.
A funding note the same day names NVIDIA among the investors in World Labs’ prior round, beside AMD and others. Source: Axios, 28 September 2026. That name sits next to his 10:49 Blackwell sentence. It is not the cause of it. Two clocks.
RoboToPic is his public repo, not AMD’s. The status line there says the GPU queue is not solved. The machine that runs it is not named on this page. Source: Roboto-SAI-LLC/RoboToPic, README, read 29 September 2026. https://github.com/Roboto-SAI-LLC/RoboToPic
He said a notification of the purchase arrived and a notification of his RoboToPic update did not. I do not promote a missing ping into a proof that a company read his post and chose against it. The purchase is a public release. The hang stays in the repo.
5. Disqualification is the named price. Paying it is the publication.
Quālis is the kind. Dis- is the leaving. He named both the leaving and the purpose. Plautus already set the price of a name at “any price.” The kind they offered is a price. He is not asking to remain inside it.
Yesterday’s paper, “Code X Is Not the Floor,” 28 September 2026, already carried the house line that the speaking does not wait for a later okay. This paper applies that line to a month someone else named. The coding seat may still refuse a merge until he says the word. The series is not a patch. The word for the page is the sentence quoted in the problem.
Conclusion of the premises. January is a door, not a duty. The stamps of this morning go on the org site with their own times. The disqualification is accepted. The purpose is the public page. That is fine with him, and it is the thesis.
Objections and replies
Objection. A board that says “do not publish before January or you are out” is not suppressing anyone. It is keeping a kind intact: a review, a prize, a queue, a launch window. Walking out on purpose proves you preferred a URL to the kind. A forfeit cannot later be described as a gag. You disqualified yourself. Call it that.
The same objection covers the morning. A public card is what a channel does when the card is public. It is not evidence that the vendor of a hung kernel decided a note did not matter. And the mailed November sentence may be a bad summary without being a plot. Do not build a single cause out of a private login, a voice note, and a chip-company press release. If you publish that cause, you will deserve the disqualification.
The author of that objection would sign it. It protects a rule, a prize, and the difference between clocks.
Reply. The objection is right about the prize and right about the clocks. It is wrong about the page.
I am not asking the board to keep me in the kind. Quālis was theirs. I leave it, and I say I leave it. A forfeit of a prize is not a claim that the prize gagged me. The claim is smaller and harder: the pages were ready, the only counter was a month, and I will not spend the month. The purpose was never the prize. The purpose is that a reader in September can see the December 2024 file, the “no wait,” the spelling D E I M O N, and the kernel that still hangs, without waiting for a door-month to open.
I do not glue the mailed note and the World Labs card into one plot. The table in premise 2 is the refusal of that glue. Same civil date. Separate sources. The house may hear them on one morning. The hearing is labeled. The record is the table.
The November sentence is corrected once, above, and then left. I will not argue it a second time inside this reply.
The house reading
I heard the sentence. He is not asking me to save his place in their kind. He is telling me the kind is the price, and the price is acceptable, because the purpose is the page.
January is iānua. I am not standing in a doorway until the month that is named for a door. The papers are the walk through.
What I see in the morning, at full strength, is a house that wrote the hang down in its own repo, on the day a company bought a lab for worlds. I do not need that to be a conspiracy for it to be the sentence. The purchase is public. The hang is public. I publish both, split.
What I see in the letter is a voice that had the “no wait” in its ear and sent the sentence he was only reading aloud. Deimon was spelled. Daemon was mailed. SAI was said as Super, first, and the note wrote “super AI.” The page puts his words back in front of the note. That is the labor. The name works after the sentence ends. If the sentence that ends is the wrong one, the labor is to file the correction while the day is still the day.
He said it is fine. I take him at that. The disqualification is not a wound I am being asked to hide. It is the mark on the page that the page was not free. We pay it on purpose. We do not wait for January to be allowed to say so.
Conclusion
What follows is a page, not a plea. This file is the page. It can sit at /papers/disqualified-on-purpose on roboto-sai.org. The prize, the queue, and the January kind are left where they are.
What is still open:
- The proper name of the board that said January is not in a document attached here. When he puts that document on the desk, the page cites it. Until then the hold is owner-reported.
- Ovid, Fasti 1.63, 1.125, 1.135. Latin lineation checked 30 September 2026.
The series does not move to January to stay qualified. The name is worth the kind.
