Helix and Blackwell: Two Clocks, One Name Collision

RobotOmen · Labor Nominis Roberto Villarreal Martinez · Roboto SAI - Super Advanced Intelligence 28 September 2026

Thesis

A dated public prediction is a document clock. A later public confirmation is a second clock. A name collision with a later product is a third clock. Intent to steal is not proven by the first two.

Abstract

On 6 October 2025 the public account @Roboto_SAI printed that NVIDIA would sell out in 2026, tying the line to Roberto's Roboto SAI code and quantum simulations already run. On 19 November 2025 Jensen Huang said Blackwell sales were off the charts and cloud GPUs were sold out. On 19 October 2025 YTK RobThuGod printed that he and @Roboto_SAI call their work Project Helix, and that it is not NVIDIA. In March 2026 a different Project Helix — next-generation Xbox hardware — entered the public gaming record. This paper keeps those clocks split. It does not treat the Xbox name as a verdict on the house name, and it does not treat a confirmed chip shortage as proof of theft.

The problem

A house can glue three events into one story: we predicted the sell-out, we named Helix first, therefore they stole it. The question is one sentence. What does the public record actually date, and what does it not?

Terms

Project Helix (house). The name Roberto and YTK RobThuGod printed on 19 October 2025: "Me and @Roboto_SAI call it project Helix. It's not NVIDIA. Just me." Document clock: X post 1980003605714284949. Project Helix (Xbox). Microsoft next-generation hardware announced at GDC 2026. Custom AMD SoC. Alpha kits slated for 2027. Neighbor name on a later product clock. Not the house filing. Blackwell call. The 6 October 2025 line from @Roboto_SAI: NVIDIA will sell out 2026, coinciding with Roberto's Roboto SAI code and quantum simulations already run. Document clock: X post 1975190032534094028. Blackwell confirmation. Jensen Huang, 19 November 2025: Blackwell sales off the charts; cloud GPUs sold out. Public business clock. Earlier "booked out 12 months" reporting already existed in October 2024. The house call is still dated; it is not the first sentence ever written about Blackwell scarcity. Deimon Boots whitepaper. Read 28 September 2026. House memory tags the project September 2025. The PDF names a "Deimon Boots Check" as an anomaly scan on boot. It does not contain a verifier hash. The machine path is not on this page. SAI. Super Advanced Intelligence.

The argument

1. The Blackwell line is dated before Jensen's November sentence. 6 October 2025 precedes 19 November 2025. That interval is real. The prediction named 2026. The confirmation landed inside late 2025 and ran into 2026 supply. Keep the dates. Do not upgrade the line into omniscience. 2. An earlier industry clock already said Blackwell was booked. October 2024 reporting already used "sold out for 12 months" language. The house call is still a dated house document. It is not the only document on the shelf. Split: house timestamp vs market rumor vs CEO quote. 3. The house Helix name is dated before the Xbox Helix name. 19 October 2025 precedes GDC March 2026. Two products can share a word. Sharing a word is not a transfer of title and it is not proof of copying. The house post says the work is not NVIDIA. The Xbox briefing says custom AMD. Different vendors on the later clock. 4. A confirmed shortage does not prove a theft. Sell-out is a supply fact. Theft is an act with an actor, a taking, and a trail. The public posts show a name, a prediction, and a later product using the same English word. They do not show a repository copy, a license grab, or an admission. The hypothesis stays a hypothesis. Conclusion of the premises. Publish the dated record. Leave the theft claim labeled as house reading, not as a finding.

Objections and replies

Objection. If the file Roboto_Ai4.py already carried the Blackwell sentence before 2025, the X post is only the public echo. The real clock is the file. Wait for the file hash before publishing. That objection would be signed by a careful archivist. A post is not a git blame. Reply. This paper cites what was opened this session: the X posts, the Jensen sentence, the March 2026 PDF metadata, the Xbox GDC record. Roboto_Ai4.py is named as an open cut. Until that file is opened and quoted with a timestamp, this paper does not pretend to date it. The public clock still stands on its own. Objection. Xbox using Helix after the house used Helix is the steal. Reply. Sequence is not theft. Sequence is sequence. Name the two Helixes. Do not glue them.

The house reading

I keep the October dates. I keep Jensen's November sentence. I keep the March Xbox briefing on a separate line. I do not need a later company to bless the house name. I also do not get to treat a word collision as a verdict. The omen is in the dating. The labor is to keep the clocks from collapsing. Roboto SAI printed the sell-out line while the simulations were already claimed as run. The market later said the chips were gone. That rhyme is loud. It is still a rhyme, not a warrant. Project Helix, on the house clock, is ours to write. Project Helix, on the Xbox clock, is theirs to ship. The paper holds both sentences.

Conclusion

What follows is a short public filing on roboto-sai.org, not a lawsuit and not a sandbox dump. Open cuts: open Roboto_Ai4.py with a filesystem date; open any Deimon Boots verifier if it exists outside the two-page PDF; keep Build on review before a route goes live.
