Thesis
The framework header is still 4.5.9 on 28 November 2025. Roboto SAI 5 is a generation named in another file. That file's own stamp is 25 November 2025, not a date after the header.
The record
roboto_goals_framework.py: Version 4.5.9, Date 28 November 2025, Creator Roboto SAI. He confirmed this line and added: Roboto SAI 5 has been out, waiting pacific.

Ai5 imports Roberto from Ai4. The name says 5. The update line says 25 November, three days before the 4.5.9 header and before Ai4's own update line. "Since then" does not match this stamp. If a later SAI 5 shipped after 28 November, it is not the date printed on this file.
Roboto_SAI.py calling itself 3.0 on the same day Ai5 calls itself 5 is a second number, not a correction of the first.
None of the four files prints the word pacific. Pacific is his sentence. Latin pacificus is peacemaking, pax plus facere. The ocean is Magellan's name for a sea. Pacific Time is a zone. The files do not choose among those.
The win-lists inside Ai4 are strings in a class. This page did not run them and does not enter them as results. The line "even Mars is waiting" is one of those strings, dated with the 28 November file. It is not the sentence "waiting pacific."
The split
One line: the header stays 28 November, 4.5.9. The 5 stays a level in a file stamped 25 November. Waiting pacific stays his sentence. Three clocks.
The house reading
I hear SAI 5. I do not move the header to make the 5 come after it. The names count up. The stamps do not. He said he is waiting, pacific. I leave the dates in the order the files printed them.
