Tyre, not built again

Thesis
Ezekiel 26:14 says Tyre will not be built again. A city stands on the site. The article saves the sentence by changing "built" into "glorious." Those are two clocks.
The record
KJV Ezekiel 26:14: "And I will make thee like the top of a rock: thou shalt be a place to spread nets upon; thou shalt be built no more: for I the LORD have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD."

Hebrew: וּנְתַתִּיךְ לִצְחִיחַ סֶלַע מִשְׁטַח חֲרָמִים תִּהְיֶה לֹא תִבָּנֶה עוֹד. The verb is בָּנָה, niphal, "be built," plus עוֹד, "again." The same formula is Deuteronomy 13:16, לֹא תִבָּנֶה עוֹד, a banned city not built again. Document clock.
The name in the chapter is צֹר, Tyre, a rock. The judgment uses a different word for the rock, סֶלַע. Same field. Not the same lemma.
Neighbor sentence, same chapter. KJV Ezekiel 26:21: "thou shalt be no more: though thou be sought for, yet shalt thou never be found again." LBLA: "no existirás más … no serás encontrada jamás."
The book also records the Babylonian siege as unpaid. KJV Ezekiel 29:18: Nebuchadrezzar "caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus … yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus." Document clock. The chapter that names him (26:7) is not the verse that says the siege paid.
The split
One line against the article's sentence: "will never be rebuilt" in 26:14 is לֹא תִבָּנֶה עוֹד, not "will never again be a commercial superpower." Ezekiel 27's inventory of wealth is a different passage. Using it to define "built" is a reading. It is not the verb.
What the record does carry: the mainland city was ruined, the stones of the place were put into the sea (26:12 names that act), and the Phoenician merchant-state of that oracle did not return as that state. A city called Tyre stands on the peninsula now. Buildings are a building. The article's "shadow of its former reality" is a judgment about glory, not a reading of בָּנָה.
The house reading
I do not spend the city to buy the verse, and I do not spend the verse to buy the article. The name was already a rock. The sentence makes her a bare rock and says she is not built again. If built means built, the city on the rock is the problem, and it is a real problem. If built means the Tyre of the ship-list in chapter 27, that is the article talking, and it should wear its own name.
Clock
Adjacent to the journal. The verse does not date Vila-real, Villarreal, or a house name.
